The Spectra Kitchen & Bath Crew

The history of building with stone is as old as time. The Coliseum, The Parthenon, The Pyramids; man has been fascinated by the lasting beauty and blend of art and nature that stone conveys. The Craftsmen that work at Spectra Kitchen & Bath are of the highest caliber with countless years of experience. In some cases they are second generation who grew up in the business learning the highly skilled techniques of stone fabrication and installation from Masters. The Spectra Team combines the “cutting” edge machinery that propels productivity and precision with the proven hand tools that sometimes come down to hammer and chisel. We are proud to say that our fabricators, and installers along with our cabinet people comprise one of the most professional crews operating in this, or any, market.

Jeff Spiri
Jeff SpiriOwner
With a background in Construction and 25 years in Real Estate, Jeff decided to enter the Kitchen & Bath arena in 2003. With an emphasis on service and quality, He has been able to develop a “rock-solid” reputation, participating in the build out of over 3000 kitchens during that time. If asked, Jeff will tell you, “The people who work for me are the biggest reason for Spectra’s success.” For fun, Jeff occasionally performs as a Blues musician and loves to cook in the kitchen with his wife Laura. They are the very proud parents of a 22 year old daughter, a recent college graduate, who sometimes helps out in the business.
Jeff Stuchen

Jeff Stuchen was born in LA, and grew up in Nogales, AZ . After graduating from the University of Arizona, he worked for 12 years as a Buyer for Capin Mercantile. Later, he owned a Design/Retail Gallery where he honed his skills for interior design. Jeff joined JS Design & Build/Spectra Kitchen & Bath in 2007, as a Sales Manager. Jeff is responsible for a great deal of the day to day operations. Dedicated to the customers’ needs, he is recognized as a “can do” guy who connects the unique aspects of each job. Jeff is the proud father of 2 sons, Alex 23 and Braden 18.
Ray Leon

Ray A. Leon Sr. is a 5th generation Tucsonan. He and his wife have raised 3 boys and now also have 2 beautiful grandchildren. Ray has been in Sales/Construction  for over 25 years. He is a “people” person who relishes the serious business of helping people realize their dream kitchen or bathroom. He has many long term relationships with the area’s premier designers and contractors and they look to him to help them complete their projects. His hobbies include building custom motorcycles and cars and sharing his free time with family and friends.
