I am writing to thank you for the excellent job accomplished by your staff…the removal of old kitchen pieces and the installation of granite countertops and island with sink. Marcelo and Jesus did the initial countertop and island removal and template. They are extremely hardworking and professional; they removed the existing pieces and made an accurate template, completing the task with no damage to the cabinets or tile floor. This was pretty impressive given that the old island top (3/4” plywood under 12” ceramic tile and sheetrock) weighed an estimated 350-400 lbs. Marcelo and Jesus were very careful and did an excellent clean-up…they have great attention to detail.
Walberto (Tony) Martinez and Valeriano (Val) Matuz did the install and they are exceptional. Their cuts were perfect and their attentional to detail is outstanding. Tony and Val were extremely careful with the cabinets and they did an amazing clean-up (my wife was very pleased). Like Marcelo and Jesus, they were very respectful of our home. These guys are real professionals and represent your company extremely well.
I want to recognize Amber for her excellent communications. We knew exactly when the guys were going to be here and what I needed to do in preparation of the removal/template and install. Amber answered all my questions, and she is a pro who makes it a pleasant experience working with Spectra Kitchen and Bath.
